Got referred to Villa Noosa because we were looking for a pub meal. The staff were efficient, the food was delicious (my medium rare steak was cooked to perfection).
They exceeded our expectations with how quickly we received it, given how busy they were.
Nice work team đ
Very old fashioned and dingy but clean. Everyone was fresh and stocked. Bathrooms felt clean. Room felt clean. Nice outdoor area and seating. Just needs a paint job and a few more appliances. Would have liked a microwave. Staff clearly made âŠ
Good value for money hotel, Very clean, lovely staff. 10% off meals &free drink vouchers for adjoining hotel. Great meal. Room Large, bed Comfy, balcony, Quiet, with Woolworths shopping center next door. Loads of parking. Easy walking to âŠ
Went to dinner here last night; the food was standard, nothing to complain about. However, the kids' room is in disarray and urgently needs repairs. Our 4-year-old almost got injured falling through holes in the netting that require attention. We visited during Easter and were pleased with the place and the kids' area. Unfortunately, eight months later, the kids' room is in terrible condition. I wouldn't recommend this place for the kids' play area. It's surprising that whoever manages the place considers it safe for small kids, even those aged 4 and above.
We choose the Villa for a family dinner to farewell my daughterâs boyfriend as he heads home to WA on Friday. The lady behind the bar was very rude and wouldnât except my daughters boyfriend (that is 20) his WA license . As they told us theyâve had alot of WA fake ids recently. Nothing was going to change her mind as she had a chip on her shoulder from the start. We then asked for the Mng and the assistant Mng also wouldnât accept his WA license so he couldnât even enjoy a beer with his burger on our dinner night. I get it if he was sitting with a bunch of teenagers but he was with 6 grown adults all over 50 years old. I found the staff unapproachable and rude. Will not be going back on principle and we are local. Disgusted as it ruined our night. Very sad that thereâs no customer service any more. Shame on you staff !
Came here for a cheeky slap & beer after a day out. The girl jada behind the bar was nothing short of amazing! So kind and welcoming the second we walked in, good conversationalist and delivered amazing service to me and my partner! We will defiantly be visiting again.
I called the Villa and no response so I decided to go online and book a table in the bistro and it was easy and had a good position. Ordered lunch and it arrived very quickly and food was great. Will definitely keep going back for lunch or dinner as Iâm a local and itâs beside Dan Murphyâs đđŒđđŸ
The room itself was OK for what it was. Location is superb with shops so close by. With the bar/restaurant right there was also a bonus. Would've liked netting on windows for more privacy when curtains are open during the day. And more power sockets.
